Dawn Brenengen is the Broker/Owner of Trailwood Realty LLC. An owner of three personal rental properties since 2004, in addition to being both a buyer’s and seller’s agent over the past 2 decades, Dawn’s focus today is on lease-ups (finding renters) and property management in a range of neighborhoods, at all different price ranges. Dawn has previous experience working with both Coldwell Banker Howard Perry, Walston Builder Services and GO Builder, and holds a New Homes Sales Professional Designation. She is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, serving on their Community Service Committee. Over the years, she has also been involved with The National Home Builder's Association and the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council.
